LIUNA Local 183’s Madeira Relief Fund Dinner which was held on Saturday, March 20th was a huge success.

Everyone who took part in making this event happen deserves a well earned thank you for all of their hard work and dedication. Together we were able to raise over $280,000.00 and are still receiving and accepting donations until June, 2010.

Again, a sincere thank you to everyone who was able to help in this relief effort. We have truly demonstrated the value of teamwork and solidarity.
